Agent Transaction Passport™
A portable, machine-verifiable record of what an autonomous agent was authorized to do, what it relied on, what it agreed to, what was delivered, and how settlement occurred.
Payment proves value moved. Identity proves who signed. A protocol proves messages were exchanged. None of those alone creates a complete record of the transaction. ATP binds the transaction's authority, evidence, agreement, fulfillment, settlement, and attestations into one portable object.

Why now
Autonomous agents are beginning to buy APIs, negotiate with other agents, and transact without a person present at each step. ATP is designed as a neutral evidence layer above payment rails and agent protocols.
Autonomous Trust Resolution
ATP preserves what happened. The resolver governs the moment before it happens. v0.2 adds recursive authority: principal → delegated agent → sub-agent → terminal agent → transaction.
Permanent invariant: delegation may narrow inherited authority; it may never widen it.
Important delegations can now be registered as tamper-evident Authority Envelope™ records. The resolver checks the exact delegation digest and live active/revoked state before admitting a transaction. Revocation blocks future use without rewriting historical records.

Implementation direction

Future versions can bind external credentials, delegated mandates, settlement proofs, delivery attestations, dispute events, and privacy-preserving disclosures.
