Agent Transaction Passport™ is used as a source-identifying mark for the transaction-record standard and related services published through AgentProof.

Authority Envelope™ is used as a source-identifying mark for AgentProof's tamper-evident, revocable delegation-record service associated with Autonomous Trust Resolution.

Consequence Boundary™ is used for AgentProof's machine-readable pre-action consequence-limiting control that can deny an otherwise authorized action when declared blast-radius limits are exceeded.

Continuity Capsule™ is used for AgentProof's durable before/after transaction lineage that binds decision, authority, policy, state, expected effects, observed outcome, and cryptographic succession.

The ™ symbol denotes a trademark claim. It does **not** mean any mark is federally registered.

## Generic / open technical vocabulary

AgentProof does not claim exclusive rights in ordinary technical words merely because they appear in the specification. Terms such as principal, agent, mandate, counterparty, evidence, agreement, fulfillment, settlement, attestation, digest, provenance, transaction, authorization, consequence, continuity, and capsule are intended for interoperable technical use where applicable.

## Referencing the standards

Implementers may truthfully state that software implements a published AgentProof specification when it conforms to the relevant published requirements. Such statements must not imply endorsement, certification, partnership, or ownership by AgentProof.

## No false certification

Only services expressly identified by AgentProof may use any future “AgentProof Verified” or certification badge. Conformance to an open specification alone does not equal certification.

## Registration status

No ® symbol should be used unless and until a relevant trademark is federally registered in the applicable jurisdiction.
